Samia Zuberi

Samia Zuberi has over 25 years of experience in HR consulting and has led several project engagements for notable corporate clients in the private, public, non-profit, multilateral and multinational sectors.

Having worked with multiple notable entities and brands in leading sectors, Samia’s experience spans the full range of people and organization challenges, including assessment and development centers, psychometrics, C-Suite executive search and coaching, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement and culture change, organization design, HR audits and HR policy and procedures.

Prior to joining Summit Strategies, she was Executive Director of the HR Consulting practice of Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates (Formerly Ernst & Young Pakistan). She is a certified board director and serves as an independent director for two companies. Samia has a master’s in organizational psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London UK.
